Ship Lifts are available on a user-pays basis to all businesses located within BMIP.
They transport vessels from the waterfront berths to any location in the Park, simplifying complex maintenance and/or repair work. Currently there are two Travel Lifts, one with maximum lifting capability of 65 tonnes and the other with 330 tonnes.
The 330 tonne Lifter is the largest travel lift in Australia as measured not only by its lifting capacity but also by its ability to lift vessels with a beam in the range of 10 to 13 metres providing Brisbane Shiplifts & Boatyard with a competitive advantage in key markets such as superyachts.
Sheds are available for lease in a range of sizes up to 1350 sq mts. They are particularly suitable when a clean undercover environment is required for boatbuilding, repair and maintenance or as workshops.
Sheds offer a more environmentally acceptable option to industry at a time when all industrial processes are under strict scrutiny by regulatory authorities. At their request BMIP can offer painters a ducted exhaust ventilated environment in which to work.

Deep water berths for maintenance or secure mooring on a user pays basis for vessels up to 60 metres.

Water, power, telecommunication and data services
Hardstand offers a cost efficient means of repairing, maintaining and servicing boats and is available on a user pays basis to all businesses located within the yard and to private boat owners.
BMIP offers 20,000 sq mts of hardstand area adjacent to the waterfront and business premises with single phase 10 amp and 3-phase 32 amp power available. Higher amperage 3-phase power is available on request.
Telecommunication and data service is also available on a user pays basis throughout the yard.
